Summer Goals

During summer it can be very tempting to just laze around doing nothing all day but this summer I am determined to make the most out of the hot weather. 

Move more & eat healthier
Okay, so these are two separate goals, but they both relate to my physical health so I put them together. I have had a busy school year this year, preparing for my last two years of high school. Many days I get home and I am too exhausted to even attempt to do any form of exercise! This summer, however, I am determined to do at least 1-2 hours of exercise a day whether it is running, going for a hike or even just going for a walk with a friend. Which brings me to my second point, eat healthier. It can be very difficult to eat healthy when you live 5 minutes away from a McDonalds 'drive-thru' but if I am going to be exercising  and toning my body, eating unhealthily afterwards would defeat the point of keeping fit. I aim to try out some new healthy recipes which are quick and easy to make.

Learn to play the guitar
I have had my guitar for almost 2 years and I only know how to play one song. Luckily, this summer should be relatively low-key, so hopefully by the end of it I will be able to play a few more songs on the guitar.

Blog more
I know I have only recently started blogging but over summer I would like to write some more posts. If there are any posts you would like to see then leave a comment down below or tweet me @franciscarockey
