A Sweet Treat

























Ingredients
- 150g butter
- 150g caster sugar
- 150g plain flour and 1 tea spoon of bicarbonate of soda
- 2 medium eggs
- 2 table spoons of milk
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp cocoa

Method
- Set your oven to 180C
- Put all the ingredients into the mixing bowl 
- Whisk until it is smooth
- Place mixture into each paper case
- Put into the oven for 15-18 minutes

Icing
- 50g chocolate 
- 100g unsalted butter, softened
- Red food colouring  (optional)
- 200g icing sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp milk
